The idea for ‘The Live Sessions’ started as a series of performance videos. We felt the time was right to capture our live experience, visually and sound-wise; because so much has happened in the past 3 years. We’ve released 3 digital EPs of new studio recordings. We’ve expanded our line up with Kim Nicholas – our sound is fuller, richer and more dynamic. We’ve also broadened our songwriting range and depth. Nicole brought ‘Brayden’s Song’ to the band. Ruperto has become a songwriter, writing ‘Rooftop Chatter’ with Andy. Harvey’s talents as an arranger continue to inspire and push all of us to be more creative in our approach. These live performances also capture the powerful playing and inventiveness of Mike Ralff and Tommy Porto. For ‘The Live Sessions’, we invited special guest Jason Clinton to round out our horn sound.

On this release we’re showcasing live versions of our latest studio recordings ‘Brayden’s Song’ and ‘Rooftop Chatter’ from 2025’s ‘Look Up’ digital EP. ‘Warm Rain Bossa Nova’ is a reimagined version of the song we originally released on our first album in 2018. ‘Carrying Water Through the Trees’ is a staple of our live set and showcases Nicole’s singing; while conveying the band’s philosophy of helping those less fortunate than us, whenever we can. This is us, NOW!
